Our mission at Black Creek Mobile Veterinary Services is to honour the bond, the life, and the love shared with your furry companion animal.

We help support and guide you through your pet's end-of-life journey, travelling down the path of least regrets. This is a delicate time for both your pet, your family, and yourself. A time where more support and regular, open, and non-judgemental communication is needed.

We can help you with all aspects of caring for your pet through their end of life, from quality of life consultations to hospice and palliative home care and home euthanasia and aftercare services.

We can also assist with determining the urgency of a situation and deciding whether your pet requires immediate care or whether you can wait to see your family veterinarian or alternatively provide some management at home.

Video Communication

  • 🐾 Unsure where to start in your pet's End-of-Life journey? This 1 hour of one-on-one consultation with our Certified Hospice & Palliative Care Veterinarian, Dr. Erica, with the option to extend up to 90 minutes if desired is extremely valuable in helping you feel more prepared.
  • 🐾 Our pre-consultation QOL questionnaire will help guide you through some of the unique concerns your pet, yourself, and your family may be experiencing.
  • 🐾 Together, we will review QOL scales and pain scales, helping provide a more objective assessment of your pet. Additional valuable downloadable resources that may help address some questions you may not have even considered are also provided.
  • 🐾 We will help walk you through Farewell Planning & creating an End-of-Life Plan for your pet.
  • 🐾 You will receive a consultation summary report within 1-2 business days following our consultation. You can access your past consultation summaries at any time. This consult may also be video recorded if desired for repeat viewing.
  • Requirements: Apple phones and tablets (iPhone 5+, iPad 2+, iPod Touch 5+, iPad Mini) are supported using OS v11.0+ and the Safari browser is required. Older Apple iOS devices are not supported. We are passionate about providing supportive and caring professional guidance including home palliative care, quality of life consultations, and in-home euthanasia.

Our goal is to ensure families feel supported, comforted, and prepared; ultimately strengthening the human-animal bond and creating the most meaningful End-of-Life experience possible 🐾

How Our Platform Works

It's extremely easy to use our consulting platform. Follow the simple steps below!

1 Sign-Up & Schedule

Get started with our platform by clicking the ‘Register’ button in the top right corner. There is no fee to sign-up!

Once in the application, select your preferred communication channel (video, phone, or message) and select an available time slot. For messages, a time slot is not needed and our experts typically respond in 24 hours.

2 Communicate with your Expert

Our unique communication system provides a high quality video chat with an expert within the browser on your phone or desktop, no app install required! If you don`t have camera, our experts will call you on the phone!

3 Consultation Summary

Our experts provide a written summary of your consultation that`s available for you viewing at any time.
